Comes a question from a PT Entrepreneur looking to grow his clinic in record time:<\/p>\n

\u201cPaul, I\u2019m wanting to grow my practice so\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>that I can one day exit it.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

At the very least, I want to be able to hire\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>people to work for me so that I can be an absent\u00a0owner and cream the profits at the top.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\"Autopilot<\/a><\/p>\n

Preferably ones that leverage automation.<\/p>\n

(It\u2019s how I did it anyways).<\/p>\n

I figured that if I was ever to able to grow and scale my practice – and spend less and less time there – I had to figure a \u201cfool proof\u201d way for my practice to run.<\/p>\n

Fool proof meaning that ANYONE I hired could run them for me, with very little training.<\/p>\n

AND –<\/p>\n

Mitigate human error.<\/p>\n

Enter \u201cInfusionsoft\u201d.<\/p>\n

Now when I first considered Infusionsoft it was safe to say I was frightened to pull the trigger.<\/p>\n

Looks very complex from a far.<\/p>\n

And, I am a \u201cNON tech\u201d kinda’ guy – so I stalled over the decision for about 8 months.<\/p>\n

Until I took the plunge.<\/p>\n

Paid my \u201c$2000\u201d and got some skin in the game and learned the rules.<\/p>\n

Didn\u2019t take long to realize how clever the software is – and is now the one single piece of technology that I rely upon to move me towards my goal of owning a business – and yet having complete autonomy and freedom<\/strong> to \u201croam around this big old world\u201d with my little boy in tow.<\/p>\n

So there it is\u2026<\/p>\n
