So I\u2019m heading home to tonight<\/span><\/span> to \u201cpack my bags\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

I\u2019m about to set off on a pretty hectic trip that is taking me to\u00a0Asheville, North Carolina<\/strong>\u00a0for a Mastermind Event with my own business mentor.<\/p>\n

(We ALL need one!)<\/strong><\/p>\n

While there\u2026<\/p>\n

I\u2019m stopping by to see \u201cAaron LeBauer\u201d – we\u2019re doing a \u201cco-mentoring\u201d session together at his clinic in Greenborough on Tuesday<\/span><\/span> night\u2026<\/p>\n

And, what I\u2019m VERY excited about is spending two days working side-by-side with one of my clients \u201cDean Volk\u201d, of Volk PT.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

He\u2019s asked me to go into this clinic and look at it from a completely different perspective\u2026<\/p>\n

To look at everything that his clinic is currently doing well – and make it even better.<\/p>\n

See, it\u2019s not just marketing that improves clinics profitability.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s hidden treasure in your practice<\/strong> that will reveal itself to you when you look more closely at the INTERNAL systems and procedures<\/strong> that power your business.<\/p>\n

Most business owners have a \u201cblind spot\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

(Me included – hence the looooong old trip to Ashville).<\/p>\n

What they think they WANT<\/strong> (i.e marketing) to solve their problem \u2026 is not always actually what they NEED!<\/strong><\/p>\n

But because they\u2019re so entrenched in their practice, they can\u2019t always see the price they\u2019re paying for a PT assistant who isn\u2019t communicating with patients in the same, expert and engaging way, that the PT did at the initial eval\u2026<\/p>\n

(\u2026and so drops off schedule!)<\/p>\n

OR,<\/p>\n

The LACK OF<\/strong> connection made by a their receptionist who comes to work chewing gum each day and who thinks her role is to answer the phone and book appointments\u2026 and if she does that, she\u2019s done her job!<\/p>\n

See, patients expect (\u2026demand!) a lot more bang.for.their.buck these days – and it\u2019s often as simple as changing the questions you ask on the phone, that\u2019ll change the entire future of a relationship with a patient – that could so very easily, last a life time.<\/p>\n

Makes sense that if THEY\u2019RE having to pay more<\/strong> (\u2026copay!), you gotta\u2019 give \u2018em more to get it\u2026<\/p>\n

The thing is\u2026<\/p>\n

MOST owners are too busy listening to their \u201cprofessional ego\u201d that keeps telling them, it\u2019s all about \u201cmaking them well\u201d.<\/p>\n

Well, it kinda\u2019 is\u2026<\/p>\n

But that\u2019s NOT how you get in the big league income streams…<\/p>\n

I couldn\u2019t sleep at night if I thought that the future of my practice depended solely upon being a \u201cgreat PT\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

Why?<\/p>\n

Well, there\u2019s about 41, 753 other PT\u2019s reading this email right now<\/strong>\u2026 who are no doubt all great clinicians.<\/p>\n

Most, probably FAR superior to me when it comes to fixing \u201csciatica\u201d.<\/p>\n

Trouble is\u2026<\/p>\n

They\u2019re not all running incredibly profitable businesses, OR, even at all able to afford themselves the TIME to take nice trips to nice places like Asheville, to learn even more about how to run that same profitable business, even better.<\/p>\n

Go figure.<\/p>\n

Anyhoo\u2026<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re in or around\u00a0Asheville, Charlotte or North Carolina next week\u2026 lets meet up!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
