Comes a question from a Coaching Client of mine from Raleigh, North Carolina.<\/p>\n

\u201cPaul\u2026 We sent out those emails you wrote for us about a workshop for back pain\u2026 and had 5 register and 3 show.<\/p>\n

But all 3 became NP – $3600 + from a couple of emails\u2026 Nice job!<\/p>\n

We thought we would try to advertise for the workshop in the local newspaper at least once, to see what happens.<\/p>\n

Can you help us write a newspaper advert to promote this??\u201d<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll tell you what I told him\u2026<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a BIG difference between asking past patients (who already know like and trust you!) to a attend a \u201cworkshop\u201d on back pain\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026than there is asking someone who DOESN\u2019T know, like and trust you, to commit their time and energy to it.<\/p>\n

It COULD work\u2026<\/p>\n

And it is certainly worth testing.<\/p>\n

But here\u2019s the secret to doing this:<\/p>\n

There\u2019s actually no need to write ANOTHER advert to promote this \u201cworkshop\u201d.<\/p>\n

Why?<\/p>\n

Because we\u2019ve already been running one very successfully over their in Raleigh to ask completely new prospects to respond for a freebie \u201ctips\u201d report\u2026<\/p>\n

Pulls in a double figure response every time we run it as part of our on going marketing strategy of glory (the likes of which make it impossible for the big hospitals to beat my small town clinic owner)!\u2026<\/p>\n

So why would we re-write it?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s working just great.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve obviously got the audience right – the \u201cWHO\u201d we want to respond.<\/p>\n

So all that we have to do in this instance is change the \u201cOFFER\u201d.<\/p>\n

I.e, switch it from a freebie report to advertising for a workshop instead.<\/p>\n

How to create the headline\u2026<\/p>\n

Select the right audience\u2026<\/p>\n

And even how to create the report\u2026<\/p>\n
