What do you want to do? I don\u2019t know, what do you want to do? I don\u2019t know, you decide. <\/p>\n<p>No, I decided last time. It\u2019s your turn to decide. <\/p>\n<p>Ok, lets go out to dinner. Awe, out to dinner AGAIN? Ok, lets go out to dinner. <\/p>\n<p>Well, where do you want to go out to dinner? I don\u2019t know, where do you want to go out to dinner? Well, what would you like to eat? <\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t know, what do you want to eat? Well just pick something. <\/p>\n<p>No, I picked something last time, you pick this time. <\/p>\n<p>All right, lets go to the Italian. Oh Italian. <\/p>\n<p>All right, so lets go get Italian. So where do you want to go get Italian. <\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t know\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>===<\/p>\n<p>And so it goes on. <\/p>\n<p>And on. <\/p>\n<p>And on!<\/p>\n<p>(Sound familiar?\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>The point I\u2019m raising in todays lesson? <\/p>\n<p>If two people between them can\u2019t decide what they\u2019re going to eat and where they\u2019re going to eat on a Friday night, are we really expecting these same people will make a decisive decision about their health, from seeing *one* advert? <\/p>\n<p>A decision for which they know they have to pay a lot of money to make. <\/p>\n<p>Commit time and effort to. <\/p>\n<p>Hope they get right. <\/p>\n<p>And, RISK looking (and feeling) like a fool if 12 visits later, their back pain is no better?\u2026<\/p>\n<p>See, decisive action isn\u2019t in the hard wiring of your potential patients. <\/p>\n<p>And is the number 1 reason why most adverts for a \u201cfree screen\u201d at a PT clinic fail miserably. <\/p>\n<p>The solution?<\/p>\n<p>Simple. <\/p>\n<p>Start by understand that most people don\u2019t know how to make a decision. <\/p>\n<p>So, help them. <\/p>\n<p>Begin a relationship by offering to provide them with more information to help the decision making process feel less overwhelming. <\/p>\n<p>Then, follow up. <\/p>\n<p>Ask the right questions. <\/p>\n<p>Build some TRUST (over a few phone calls, emails and with some direct mail). <\/p>\n<p>And even put your own ego aside that says these people \u201cshould\u201d already know the value of what a PT does. <\/p>\n<p>(Because they don\u2019t!)\u2026<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s why \u201cLead Generation\u201d advertising works so well for small PT clinics like you and I. <\/p>\n<p>And if you implement it at your clinic\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026you apply the rules faithfully, (and consistently) and you do so with a simple understanding of how people make decisions (\u2026like I just described), then you\u2019ve got yourself a game changing marketing strategy for your clinic. <\/p>\n<p>One that means you can say \u201cbye bye\u201d to relying upon doctor referrals or paying for marketing that doesn\u2019t work. <\/p>\n<p>Want some help to get there faster?\u2026 <\/p>\n<p>If so, start here and lets get to know each other before you ask me to work for you: <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ptprofitacademy.com\/strategy\" target=\"_blank\">&#8211; Help Me Get A Real Marketing Strategy In My Clinic ! > <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sincerely, <\/p>\n<p>Paul Gough. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lets do a little \u201cpsychology\u201d lesson today&#8230; Following is a typical conversation that people have, most nights.
