So yesterday I got an email from a PT in Missouri – pronounced Missour-\u201ca\u201d (as I was once told by a local) – who recently invested in the new training and explains why he did:<\/a><\/p>\n

What were they thinking?<\/p>\n

Something like, \u201cI wonder if there\u2019s anything inside that place for me!\u201d<\/p>\n

And when they realised it was a PT facility, pound bets ten that everyone of them \u201clogged it\u201d.<\/p>\n

As in, thought to themselves, I\u2019ll call into that place when I need too.<\/p>\n

Problem is, since then, you\u2019ve become \u201cinvisible\u201d.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re there, and they know you\u2019re there, but they\u2019re not really noticing you anymore.<\/p>\n

And, ironically\u2026<\/p>\n

Now they NEED you!<\/p>\n

(But you\u2019re not top of mind anymore\u2026)<\/p>\n

If only you could do something (or offer something) in a way that would raise their curiosity again – that would make them take note of your clinic, force them to stop and look, and then confirm to themselves \u201cthat\u2019s for me\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

…Something that makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE for any person suffering with something you can help with, NOT to walk inside your clinic and asking \u201ccan you tell me more\u201d.<\/p>\n
