<\/p>\n<p>You need a <strong>BUYER SYSTEM. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Something that MOST clinics don\u2019t have. <\/p>\n<p>However well your receptionist handles an incoming fax from a physician, a phone call, or an email &#8211; this IS <strong>NOT<\/strong> a buyer system. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a REACTIVE way of processing the \u201cready to buy now patients\u201d &#8211; something which there aren\u2019t a great deal of (in any industry).<\/p>\n<p>So here\u2019s what needs to happen next: <\/p>\n<p>Now that you\u2019ve got the phone to ring more, the goal is to convert as many of those \u201cprospective\u201d new patients &#8211; into high paying ones, as FAST as possible. <\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s why it\u2019s important to make your BUYER SYSTEM specific too. <\/p>\n<p>Because the more targeted the message in your follow up system (involving: direct mail, phone calls and emails), the SOONER the conversion to new patient takes place. <\/p>\n<p>And what\u2019s more, the *higher fees* for your programs and sessions you can charge. <\/p>\n<p>Now, before you go ahead and take a look at this:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ptprofitacademy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Postcard_image-skitch-.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ptprofitacademy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Postcard_image-skitch--300x212.png\" alt=\"marketing ideas for physical therapy clinics \" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ptprofitacademy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Postcard_image-skitch--300x212.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ptprofitacademy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Postcard_image-skitch--624x441.png 624w, https:\/\/www.ptprofitacademy.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Postcard_image-skitch-.png 888w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>(A real FOLLOW UP POSTCARD which we send to people with back pain &#8211; and is part of my clinics BUYER SYSTEM).<\/p>\n<p>Let me first explain to you what happens when people contact my clinic in response to any of my adverts (attraction system). <\/p>\n<p>My receptionist will ask specific questions. <\/p>\n<p>And one is:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat concerns you MOST<br \/>\nabout your back pain\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Of which one of the options (we provide), is:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFear of not being able<br \/>\nto keep active or mobile\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>(Perhaps the most common). <\/p>\n<p>Knowing that\u2026<\/p>\n<p>We can then custom tailor all of the FOLLOW UP messages in the system so that we talk all about their problem. <\/p>\n<p>If you like, we \u201cAGITATE\u201d it. <\/p>\n<p>And we do it in emails and follow up telephone calls too. <\/p>\n<p>We talk more about THAT than their back pain &#8211; because that\u2019s what creates an emotionally charged buyer &#8211; and we\u2019re easily able to match that to our \u201chighly specific solution\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Take a look at the headline on the postcard\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy husband laughed when I told him I was going to see a physical therapist\u2026 but when I could walk further and for longer than him\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s VERY clever. <\/p>\n<p>Because it lets the reader ASSUME (\u2026for themselves) that physical therapy is something that can help solve their real problem &#8211; which is \u201closs of activity\u201d thanks to back pain &#8211; NOT THE back pain! <\/p>\n<p>Big difference.
