If you\u2019re like most clinic owners, I suspect there\u2019s rarely a day or week that goes by when you\u2019re not thinking, \u201cif I just had better staff, then everything would be ok.\u201d Or, like so many do, blaming all of your current business struggles on the incompetency of the people you work with – the people you hired. The same people who you were certain at the time of hiring had the right personality that would have made them a success in your clinic.<\/p>\n

There isn\u2019t some evil plot to keep the best ones from you, and there isn\u2019t a website where all of the world\u2019s best employees go to that you don\u2019t know about.
