“Hello from the other side”<\/p>\n

It\u2019s day 2\/48 of my latest USA Tour. <\/a><\/p>\n

It\u2019s 4.38am CST (gotta’ love jet lag!) – and I\u2019m writing to you from my hotel room, just 6 blocks away from Austin\u2019s \u201cThe Capital\u201d building, on Congress Street.<\/p>\n

So far I\u2019m \u201c2 for 2\u201d on old-pit style Texan BBQ food for dinner – and I\u2019ve already had the pleasure of spending time with some of the best PTs in America\u2026<\/p>\n

Pull up a chair – and let me tell you more:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yesterday I took a trip out to a town called \u201cLakeway\u201d – the home of top PT \u201cPaul Hendricks\u201d<\/strong> who is the founder of \u201cBody Balance PT\u201d<\/strong> a clinic that is set up to help athletes and golfers.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Paul already runs an incredibly successful clinic and he invited me into take a look around and talk strategy for his businesses growth.<\/p>\n

Pauls story was interesting – and very familiar to me:<\/p>\n

See, he\u2019s been growing his business for the last \u201c12\u201d years by \u201cword of mouth\u201d referrals\u2026<\/p>\n

And by his own admission, he\u2019s done \u201cZERO\u201d external Marketing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I sensed a little hesitation in his voice as he said it – as if he KNEW, that he could and should of been doing more\u2026<\/p>\n

Now one of the things I always point out is that although \u201cword of mouth\u201d is obviously good for business\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026the problem is that it can be slow – and very unpredictable.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And this is, by the way, chief culprit and reason no.1 why most clinics do take 10,15, 20 years to get to the point where the business owner – you – can start to step back.<\/p>\n

But my question to that business owner – and to Paul – is always this:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy wait 20 years?\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Or<\/p>\n

\u201cWho told you it has<\/strong><\/em>
\nto be that way?\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

(Because it doesn\u2019t – not in 2017).<\/p>\n

And as I walked around Paul’s gorgeous clinic it was clear that he really is the REAL DEAL when it comes to his ability to help golfers both stay fit – and get fit!<\/p>\n

So I asked him\u2026<\/p>\n

\u201cHow far do people travel <\/strong><\/em>
\nto come to see you?\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cFrom all across Texas\u201d,<\/strong><\/em> he replied.<\/p>\n

So it\u2019s safe to assume that he\u2019s pretty good at what he does (PT) – and people are talking about him\u2026<\/p>\n

My follow up question:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat about all the 100,000\u2019s of<\/em><\/strong>
\ngolfers who don\u2019t know you exist\u2026?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

And my next question:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat are you putting out on Social Media to connect with these golfers to show that you\u2019re the expert – and how are you using Facebook to find more top golfers in the state?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

There was silence\u2026<\/p>\n

And then came the realization for \u201cPaul\u201d at just how much possibility lay ahead for his clinic\u2019s growth in the next 12-18 months…<\/p>\n

If he\u2019s got this far without any Marketing, how far and how fast can he grow with the right Marketing Plan??<\/p>\n

All that it takes to speed up clinic growth is the execution of the right Marketing Pan.<\/p>\n

Without a Plan, it\u2019s easy to get \u201cstuck\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And as I step-in-side and go eye-ball to eye-ball with PT clinic owners on this 48 day Tour, I suspect I am going to hear the same story daily\u2026<\/p>\n

A clinic doing \u201cok\u201d – that has taken 10,15, 20 years to get going – and an Owner currently working too hard who now wants to step back to enjoy the fruits of his labor.<\/p>\n

The big QUESTION is, then:<\/p>\n

“How do you get across<\/strong><\/em>
\n\u201cno-mans land\u201d?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

From that point where you have just enough referrals coming in to keep you busy\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026but not quite enough yet to feel comfortable in hiring another staff PT or front desk to do everything for you.<\/p>\n

Is that you??\u2026<\/p>\n

Because the reality for most Business Owners is they stay STUCK in that \u201cno-mans land\u201d for years\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026and that\u2019s because they don\u2019t do the one thing that every single business on the planet has to do if they want to SCALE.<\/p>\n

Which is???<\/p>\n

Drum roll please\u2026<\/p>\n

“Acquire more new patients at a rate faster than they can accommodate the demand”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And with things like Facebook, Google Ads, Newspapers (cheaper than ever), Re-marketing, Social Media, Emails, and countless other platforms to get your message out there to the right person you want to help\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026there really has never been a better time to run a PT Clinic – anywhere in the world – if you step out side of the \u201cword of mouth\u201d and \u201cdoctors luncheons\u201d trap most are still stuck in.<\/p>\n

Can you do it??<\/p>\n
