Which would you rather hear?\u2026<\/p>\n

How about:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m calling to talk to you about the free back pain report you just requested\u201d\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

OR,<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m calling to discuss a solution to why you\u2019re unable to walk for more than 15 minutes before being stopped by back pain\u201d\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

===<\/p>\n

\"PT<\/a><\/p>\n

Which do you think is more likely to allow a conversation to begin that might lead to a prospect becoming a paying patient?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s obvious.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s this simple use of words in the right order<\/strong> that is often what determines your next level of success in business\u2026<\/p>\n

Whether it\u2019s marketing, conversions, influencing staff, asking for money owed OR current patients to send referrals from friends\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026the order that you put the words in place determines your chances of success.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hard to accept, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

That you spend “5” years at PT school – borrow $100,000 to learn all about the human body, why it breaks down and how to fix it\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026to be then told that the likely reason your business WILL or WILL NOT get to the *next level* is down to your ability to put words in the right order out of your mouth – or on paper.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s how you help someone see the value of what you do – so that you can actually put those hard earned skills to even better use.<\/p>\n

(Have a bigger impact).<\/p>\n

With more and more small cash-pay PT clinics opening up everywhere\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026it\u2019s becoming less and less about the \u201cskill\u201d\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2026and more and more about the way you can COMMUNICATE the value of the skills you’ve got.<\/p>\n

This inability to put words in the right order is reason No.1 why so many PT\u2019s remain \u201coverlooked\u201d and \u201cunder-used\u201d\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not because no one wants or needs your service\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026it\u2019s not because no-one reads the newspapers or doesn\u2019t respond to Facebook ads\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026and it\u2019s definitely not because \u201cno one in your area wants to pay for cash PT\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026it\u2019s simply because the words you used didn\u2019t help the person hearing (or reading them) see the value<\/strong> of what you can do FOR THEM, in a way they can quickly understand.<\/p>\n

But the good news is this:<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t have to be an expert at this business game\u2026<\/p>\n

And, watching the Olympics over the weekend reminded me of that fact…<\/p>\n

Did you know that to win a gold medal in the \u201cDecathlon\u201d competition, all that you have to do is come \u201c4th\u201d in every event?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s true\u2026<\/p>\n

And business success is no different\u2026<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re world class at the \u201cPT skills\u201d side of things – but you\u2019re finishing 8th and 10th in the Marketing and Communications race\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026then chances are you\u2019ll miss out on a medal!<\/p>\n

It’s as simple as shifting just a little bit of the time and energy you\u2019re currently devoting to the \u201cPT SKILLS\u201d side of things\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026and using that to get just a little better at communication and marketing!<\/p>\n

Do that, and maybe you\u2019ll find yourself on the small business success podium, singing the national anthem, while your country’s flag is raised up high and all your competition look on in amazement at what you\u2019ve achieved in your business life…<\/p>\n

Just a thought.<\/p>\n

(But a nice one though, right?)<\/p>\n
