it just means <strong>\u201cno, not right now!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s the thing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The primary reason why people don\u2019t book their appointments &#8211; or follow through on care plans &#8211; is NOT because they haven\u2019t got \u201cany money\u201d or \u201cdon\u2019t want to pay for it\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026it\u2019s because *I* (the business owner) hasn&#8217;t done enough to show them that, in exchange for their time and money, I\u2019ll be able to deliver on the outcome they are looking for.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A.K.A, provide \u201cvalue\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s all commerce is &#8211; a transfer of time and money for a specific and uniquely defined, pre-determined outcome.<\/p>\n<p>And guess what\u2026<\/p>\n<p>You and I need to see this VALUE too&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>And if we don&#8217;t, we stumble and stall over making a commitment to ANYTHING the moment we think (or feel) that we might not get it.<\/p>\n<p>Do we label ourselves as \u201ccheap\u201d or \u201ctight\u201d for not wanting to pay for it?<\/p>\n<p>(Of course not).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/my.leadpages.net\/leadbox\/14239b173f72a2%3A1580dba8fb46dc\/5705241014042624\/\">\u2013 Click here to subscribe to my email list and I\u2019ll send you more Physical Therapy Business Education &gt;&gt;&gt;<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>One more thing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve noticed that a lot of business owners take that initial rejection of their services personally\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026it\u2019s as if they\u2019re thinking:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019m qualified and skilled &#8211; and I have given up \u201c15\u201d minutes of my time to talk to you on the phone &#8211; therefore you should book your appointment right now and if you don\u2019t, I\u2019m going to forget all about you and move on to someone who values my time\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The problem with that way of thinking is that it gets you nowhere\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026definitely doesn\u2019t make you richer, it won\u2019t make you happy &#8211; and you\u2019ll be missing out on a LOT of chances to help people live more active and healthy lives.<\/p>\n<p>Taking the time to follow up and give just a little bit more of your time to the people who originally said \u201cno\u201d, is likely to be the biggest area of opportunity for most people reading this email\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026you\u2019ll find that many will all of a sudden value your services a LOT more, they\u2019ll trust you more &#8211; and they\u2019ll be way more compliant as a patient.<\/p>\n<p>And all with the same amount of money in their pockets as when they say they didn\u2019t have the money to pay for it, a month ago.<\/p>\n<p>Go figure.<\/p>\n<p>Anyhow\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Big Tip Time:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instead of looking at your patients and thinking about them as having back or neck pain\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026instead, see them as suffering with skepticism, fear, nervousness &#8211;
