THE STORY:

Dean is a Physical Therapy Clinic Owner and he has 2 locations in North Carolina and one in South Carolina. He helps people to quickly return to full fitness without needing surgery or pills. Dean’s big problem was a lack of systems and a lack of a clear Marketing Plan.

Dean was running his business with limited (if any) automated systems meaning he was working way too hard trying to get his clinic into a position where he could one day “exit” the business and run it from his holiday apartment in Charleston.

THE EXPERIENCE:

After going through the “PT Business Growth School Masterclass” and working with our team, attending coaching calls with Paul Gough and doing the implementation and accountability exercises we gave him, Dean was able to make some simple changes to his website that meant he was quickly able to start attracting more of his perfect patients looking for help online, he changed his Social Media strategy - and he started to run Facebook ads which brought new patients to his Workshop Events – automatically.

More: Dean was getting constant push back from his staff who resisted his attempts to market directly to the public and didn’t want to embrace this new way of making his clinic independent from needing referrals from doctors. Thanks to what he learned about creating the right culture - and how to automate the hiring process - he was able to replace some of the members of staff giving him that push back with what he calls “Rockstar” staff who are better able to support the pursuit of his goals.

With more leads, happening 24-7, and internal systems working hard for him to keep patients on schedule – and reactivate ones who “drop-off” - he’s already experiencing a 30% increase in his numbers.

The Problem: “I don’t have any referral sources other than doctors – we are losing patients to drop-offs and I don’t have the right systems to grow!”

Deans business was growing nicely until recently when his numbers started to decline in two of his offices. He just knew he had to do something – but what? He tried a few different things but nothing fired for him and he always thought it was a “staffing” issue!

What Dean really needed from us was Systems. With the right systems Dean could EMPLOY anyone and expect his clinic to be more successful.

Dean needed a Marketing Automation System to bring in new leads from Facebook to fill up his Workshops, a new social media strategy to bring in more new – and past patients – and internal systems for staff training and stopping drop-offs at his clinic.
